Is there any chance that the wordpress Jetpack Json ApI will be stopped

I was using the Wordpress REST API V2 (http://ift.tt/25a8oNU) but it's not returning the response the way I want it. However I stumbled on the Jetpack Json API (http://ift.tt/1WaMpVr) and it is returning the response the way need it.

But since I am using it for an iOS app I wanted to know if you have any idea how long it'll last before Wordpress will pulls the plug on it.
