Is ther a free Wordpress polling and surveying plugin with Wordpress comments?

So far I have OpinionStage, and it only allows social site comments, i.e. Facebook. I want the comments to use the Wordpress facility.

I do not want to have to manually put a shortcode on a page to get the comments, as that will create a support nightmare where I would have to do every poll for the enduser.

I also tried WP-Poll and it was limited to enumerated items, and not anfull range of question types, i.e. freeform.
