Fatal error: Class 'EE_DMS_Core_4_1_0' not found in (wordpress+googleappengine) working fine with MAMP

This may not be a eventespresso error as the plugin works with MAMP env, also It happens only with eventespresso plugin. I also have other plugins and that seem to work.

I am trying to install the eventespresso def version 4.8.38, installtion is fine. But when try to run I am getting whole lot of (Fatal error: Class 'EE_DMS_Core_4_1_0' not found) error when I try to activate the plugin in googleappengine local env setup. However everything works fine with MAMP.

Do you have a clue ?.
