Launch automatic translation with wordpress plugin

i need to launch an automatic translation using this plugin (http://ift.tt/1Nmtz57) but with language browser detected. For the language browser detected i use this script (http://ift.tt/1Y1MI6t) Any idea? My web is this: realhem.com Thanks a lot!
