Editing wordpress media page

I am trying to add options to the media page where you can choose to edit the images. I want to add a function there to edit the images. The closest I get is with add_media_page(); but when I'm at the screen where I see my images, when I click a image I got the option to edit it. I want my plug-in in the edit image page.
